COUPON GIVEAWAYS

  • Coupons are available on from 10am to 10pm every day on Oct 10 to 16, 2016.
  • Coupons are limited and are given away on a first-come, first-serve basis.
  • If you successfully collect a coupon, it will be issued to your Mi account within 2 hours. A notification will be generated by the system to your Mi account.
  • Each Mi ID can only receive 1 of each coupon type during the entire campaign period.
  • Only one coupon can be redeemed on each order. If you have multiple coupons, please redeem them on separate orders.
  • Coupons are only valid on Oct 17-19, 2016. No compensation will be available once the coupon expires.

₹1 FLASH SALE

  • There will be a ₹1 flash sale every day at 2pm during Oct 17-19, 2016.
  • Users must share to social media and register beforehand to be eligible for the sale.
  • All flash sale results will be announced on Mi Community daily.
  • All users who successfully add a ₹1 item to cart must pay within 2 hours, otherwise the order will be cancelled.
  • Mi India reserves the right to review and cancel ₹1 orders in case of suspicious activity.

EMI SCHEME – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • You acknowledge and agree that the equated monthly instalment scheme with zero interest (“0% Interest EMI”) offered on the Mi.com is by third party financial institutions/ banks through the use of their credit cards for purchase of Xiaomi’s Mi5 product (“Mi5”), and not by Mi.com.
  • The following financial institutions / banks are offering the 0% Interest EMI through their credit cards: Axis Bank, HSBC Bank, ICICI Bank, IndusInd Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, State Bank of India, HDFC Bank and any other financial institution / bank listed on the Website from time to time (“Financers”).
  • The 0% Interest EMI is available only for purchase of a single Mi5 product in a single transaction by a user through the Website from 15 October 2016 to 17 October 2016 (“0% Interest EMI Period”).
  • The 0% Interest EMI is not available on purchases made using debit cards, net banking or cash on delivery payment methods.
  • The discretion to permit you to avail of the 0% Interest EMI is with the concerned Financer that has issued the credit card. Mi.com shall have no obligation or liability in the event a Financer refuses to process the transaction for any reason.
  • You shall bound by the terms and conditions of your credit card as provided by its Financers for availing of the 0% Interest EMI (“Finance Agreement”) and Mi.com shall in no way be liable to you for any terms and conditions of the Finance Agreement nor in relation to any dispute that may arise between the Financer and you.
  • You will need to pay applicable EMI on the total value of the order at the time of payment to the Financers in accordance with the terms of the Finance Agreement.
  • You acknowledge and agree that you will only get an upfront one time discount from Mi.com on the purchase of one Mi5 equal to the interest amount payable by you under the 0% Interest EMI (“Discount”). If you are purchasing more than one Mi5 product and/or any other products under the same transaction through the Website, the 0% Interest EMI shall only be applicable to the purchase of one Mi5 subject to such purchase of the Mi5 being the first and only Mi5 being purchased by you. There will be no Discount provided by Mi.com for purchase of more than one Mi5 and/or for any other products.
  • You agree that any charges, interest, penalties, cesses and/or taxes levied by the Financer in relation to the 0% Interest EMI shall be borne by you.
  • You further agree that if you fail to make payments in a timely manner in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Finance Agreement, there may be additional interests/penalties which may be levied by the Financer, which may be higher than the Discount provided by Mi.com as part of the 0% Interest EMI .
  • Any discount provided by Mi.com does not amount to any waiver of payment of the equated monthly instalments and interest to the Financer.
  • Mi.com does not charge its customers any processing/convenience fee for facilitating the 0% Interest EMI . You shall be solely liable for any breach of the terms and conditions of the Finance Agreement including but not limited to any non-payment.
  • In case the Mi5 purchased through the 0% Interest EMI is returned or cancelled by you in accordance with the terms and conditions of Mi.com cancellation/refund policy (“Return Policy”), Mi.com will facilitate the refund as per the Returns Policy.
  • You are advised to check with the Financer on how any cancellation/refund in relation to the Mi5 purchased by you under the 0% Interest EMI will be settled including but not limited to any pre-closure or interest charges that may be levied on you.
  • The 0% Interest EMI is only valid during the 0% Interest EMI Scheme Period. Mi.com reserves the right to: (i) modify or cease providing the Discount; and/or (ii) cease permitting any or all of the Financers from offering the 0% Interest EMI through the Website; without any notice.
